About Erin

Erin is a skilled conservation executive, visionary strategist, and inspirational leader with nearly 20 years of experience. She develops teams and leads the co-creation of conservation initiatives through inclusive partnerships and delivering equitable, impactful results. Having directed large, collaborative teams across a variety of disciplines and brought together diverse communities of Indigenous peoples, fishermen, farmers, aquariums and zoos, community and academic scientists, NGOs, and government agencies, she is well versed in program and team management. 

 

Erin has led innovative programs from inception to outcome and has ample experience with long-term strategic planning and visioning, fundraising, advancing science-informed decision-making, budget forecasting, and translating science for a variety of media.
